Soils Sandy loamy, with two-thirds sand and one-third silt and clay


Climate and microclimate Mediterranean climate with very hot summers and very mild winters. Massive differences between day and night-time temperatures. A nearly constant coastal breeze assures a continuous ventilation of the vineyards.
