Grape varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. Alcohol: 13% vol. Vinification: fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temparature of 28C. At the end of fermantation, maceration follows immediately for a period of 15 to 18 days at a temperature of around 25C. Malolatic fermentation takes place in wood where the wine is also aged. Ageing : the wines are aged for 10 months in barriques and then 3 months in bottle. Color: a concentrated brillant red. Aromas: elegant and complex aromas of flowers, plum fruit, Blackberry and blueberry, in addition there intriguing of notes of forest floor undertones. Palate: full-bodied, yet soft at the same time. With ample aeration, the finish is very clean and long.
