2021 Domaine Faiveley Lavaux Saint-Jacques, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru

(94 Points)  A good crop at 35 hl/ha as Lavaux was pruned late and is a cool spot. Fine crisp red to crimson. A lean but healthy bouquet. Red fruit with orange zest. Tighter and tenser on the palate, with a darker but still raw red fruit and the peppery finish. Promising Drink from 2027-2033.  Jasper Morris
