Winery Notes

Light yellow color with lush green reflects. The nose is complex with notes of honey, pineaple and pistachio that evolve into notes of jasmine and citrus, especially grapefruit. The mouth is full-bodied and well structured and its acidity maintains it in balance and delivers a long finish in which reveals its chulky minerality with touches of jalapeno pepers. This natural wine is already very enjoyable today but will also evolve very favorably for 3 to 5 years.
