Baked pear, warm apricot brioche, toasted nuts and yuzu peel show on the nose of this bottling. The palate is rich in flavors of baked pineapple, buttered apple and warm toast lifted by just enough lemon zest and minerality to balance the marzipan finish. MATT KETTMANN
