Grapes: Voskehat and Khatouni, both Armenian
indigenous varieties.
Method: Méthode Traditionnelle
Vinification: Hand harvested in small lots; secondary
fermentation in bottles, utilizing modern technologies.
Ageing: Minimum 22 months on the lees ageing.
Disgorgement date: December 2017
Bouquet: Notes of white flowers, nuts, stone fruits and
a clean minerality. Light creamy texture with a balanced
structure and length, with pronounced acidity.
