NV Champagne Tribaut Rose Brut 8 Terroirs

~~Assemblage: Pinot Noir 60%, Pinot Meunier 40%. 20 to 40% of this blend was made with reserve wine. This wine has aged for a minimum of 48 months on the lees in the chalk cellars before disgorgement.

Tasting: A fruity and elegant Champagne, with a superb light salmon color. The palate is dominated by red fruit flavors such as blackcurrant and raspberry. Nice mature complexity on the palate.

Drinking tips: Perfect for celebrating a beautiful sunset as well with chocolate brownies and strawberry cheesecake. Also pairs well with white meat and delicate Asian food.
