Density of the vines : 10 000 stocks/hectare.

Pruning style : Guyot.

Cultivating Techniques: Turning the soil. Reasoned prevention. Green harvesting.

Harvest; Hand picking in cases (20kg). Hand sorting in the vineyard. Selective sorting at the winery.

Fermentation: In temperature controlled tanks.

Ageing: 50% in French oak barrels of which 1/3 are new. 50% in tank. 10 to 12 months ageing.
