2020 William Fevre Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru
This is the most famous grand cru and the largest of the seven grand crus so the best known. This wine has a wonderful richness on the nose with green apple, lemon zest and a light nutty character to the aromas. A very rich and layered with tongue tingly acidity juicy green apple and lemon/lime citrus fruit coming into a long mineral laced finish very creamy and rich on the palate, this wine has a finish that goes on and on.
