The 2018 Chablis Grand Cru Clos is also showing very well, exhibiting aromas of lemon oil, confit citrus fruit, yellow apples, white flowers and almond paste. On the palate, it's full-bodied, powerful and broad shouldered, with a deep, layered core, considerable concentration and an intensely saline finish. This is an expansive, large-scaled Les Clos that should prove comparatively precocious by the standards of this cuvée. (WK)
