A pretty smokey violet perfume on the nose, black cherry liqueur, smoky meaty/gamey notes, nice complexity, aged for 18 months in 15% new French oak. Just oozing with ripe delicious black berry fruit on the tongue with silky smooth tannins and a nice dose of acidity holding things together that gamey note and smokey violet highlights through the finish. Finish 45+ Excellent
