2012 Pascual Toso Syrah Alta Las Barrancas
A very sweet bouquet of jammy dark plum and black cherry liqueur, has a bit of VA on the nose but that cleared out on the second day indicating that the wine needs some air time, sweet balsamic notes showing nice complexity after opening A good amount of sweet berry fruit, dark spices and smooth round tannins on the tongue finishing with notes of dark chocolate and some of that balsamic nuance at the end. Finish 45+ Excellent +
