Fragment is a blend of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from lots fermented and aged in distinctly different vessels, Fragment is dedicated to the shard-like quality of it’s composition. Like the paintings of a triptych, each lot is precise, whole unto itself yet points toward a grander unity. VARIETALS: Sauvignon Blanc VINEYARD: 61% McGinley, 39% Presqu'ile APPELLATIONS: Santa Barbara County CASES MADE: 697 ALCOHOL: 14.1% Alc by Vol. TASTING NOTES: It’s an easy scheme.
