The 2018 Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Ursules (Domaine des Héritiers Jadot) is the most reserved of these Beaune premiers crus, unwinding in the glass with notes of ripe cherries, wild berries, dark chocolate, dried flowers and a deft touch of spicy new oak. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, with succulent acids, powdery tannins and a long, sapid finish. This is very promising. Robertparker.com
