this name refers to the rock in the vineyard and this is from the South very close to the med and this is mainly biancolella, forestella and Fiano, fermented in natural rock and aged in stainless steel. Ripe apricot tree fruit with pretty floral note and a distinct rock like mineral and a light briny note. A bright and fresh wine with a bit of quinine like tonic quality even a little spritz here at the end. Finish 40+ Very good +
