2021 Pratesi 'Carmione' Carmignano DOCG Tuscany, Italy (6 Liters)

The Pratesi 2021 Carmignano Carmione is a blend of 70% Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This is a crisp and balanced red wine with bright primary intensity with thick layers of dark cherry and red plum. The wine shows pretty freshness and an easy-drinking style that pairs it immediately with meat dishes or roast chicken. Some 30,000 bottles were made. -Monica Larner The Wine Advocate
