WINERY NOTES
Type of wine Dry white
Grape varieties Cabernet Franc 100%
Terroir On sandy and gravelly soils, on the edge of the Vienne - Promotes an expression of fruit with amyl notes.
Culture "sustainable cultivation", respectful of the environment with grassing between the rows in order to help limit yields and erosion. Leaf removal, trellising and green harvesting to optimize the maturity and quality of the grapes.
VINIFICATION After sorting the grapes on the vine, the harvest is pressed directly to avoid adding color and tannins. The wines are then aged in stainless steel vats to keep freshness and pure fruit.
Tasting Temperature / storage Between 8 and 10° - pleasant young wine with red fruit. Agreements An ideal wine for an aperitif due to its airy structure. Also perfect with savory verrines, lightly snacked quenelles, goat cheese. Comments A white wine but with a slightly orange color. Aromas of small red fruits, notes of English candy, slightly acidic.
