This is all Mosel juice, a very fresh and bright style with green apple and pretty floral notes and a touch of slate like minerality. A bright and refreshing wine on the tongue with lime citrus and green apple furit leaves the tongue salivating for food, wiht a touch of residual but also wonderful freshness and a zesty mineral laced finish.
