2020 Pico Maccario L'Avignone Barbera D'Asti

Dark berry fruit with hints of fresh flowers and black truffle like earth notes distinctly Piedmont this family farms 70 hectares and the only make Barbera, three different tiers and this is the middle tier.  Nice fresh berry fruit on the tongue with smooth silky tannins and a nice freshness through the finish.  Finish 35+    Very good
