From the Dillon family, Nicolas Allen is the family member, his family owns of Haut Brion La Mission in 1983 Luc Morlet is the winemaker, 2008 was the first vintage they parted ways in 2014 and Helen Kepplinger (Bryant Family) is the new winemaker, she did the blends on these. All the wines are blends here 70/30 Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, they have long term contracts on the fruit here but they do not own any vineyards. This wine has a rich nose of ripe melon and green fig like fruit wtih pink grapfruit jolly rancher candy like fruit, a touch of a musky nose coming out as this wine opens. A nice richness on the tongue with, creamy texture, musky notes, slightly oily texture and a ton of rich ripe tree fruits, a firm hand of acidity here holding things firmly in place. Finish 45+ Excellent +
