Once of the oldest companies in Umbria, 70% Grechetto, 20% Trebbiano and the rest Chardonnay and Riseling the grapes are grown organically. A very fresh and fruity wine, a unique white blend with fresh tree fruit cocktail like aromas, light floral notes and wet stone highlights. Fresh and fruit on the tongue, pears, apple, peaches and a nice dose of minerality on the finish, a light salty mineral note at the end, a touch of sweetness but finishes dry at the end with a light spritz like character.
