2013 Yunquera Blanco de Albillo Castilla y Leon
The grape varietal is Albillo, only 17 acres of this varietal planted very unique, spends one year in oak so you get a bit of that vanilla bean spice, very unique bouquet honeyed lime citrus, wonderful intensity as this wine opens up, a slight musky note similar to SB, pink grapefruit jollyrancher candy. Full and round on the tonuge with a texture of whole milk, wonderful intensity with a long finish, ecohing that nuance from the nose to the end leaves the tongue salivating for food.
