A better vintage than 2011, 15% Merlot and this wine has a very fruity nose cherry and red plum fruit and light tar and spice with a slight salty note. They bought the vineyard in 1997 and it was already planted and spends 4 months in Slovonian oak. A smooth and drinkable style with a note of salty mineral character to the finish, tart cherry fruit, a b it of dry tannins on the finish but plenty of fruit to match. Finish 40+ Very good
