A blend of 75% Maccabeu, 15% Carignan Blanc and 10% Grenache Blanc, very funky nose chalky/flinty mineral notes to the lemon blossom like fruit, fresh tree fruits, almond nutty aromas, nice complexity here. Thick and viscous on the tongue with a slightly oily texture, that flinty mineral note from the nose lasting through the finish with a firm hand of acidity, and that almondy nutty character. Finish 50+ Most Excellent
