The 2010 Wine Watch wine dinner series is shaping up as another incredible season of wine dinners at Café Maxx, and we’ve added several new events this year at exceptional venues including: Mancini’s, Escopazzo, and Capital Grille. Café Maxx is our partner with many "once in a lifetime" events and Chef Oliver Saucy is planning another delicious year of unforgettable dishes to compliment the world’s greatest wines including: Harlan Estate, Shafer Hillside Select, Bryant Family, Colgin, Schrader Screaming Eagle, Opus One, Jaboulet La Chapelle Hermitage from 1962, 1966, 1972, 1978 & 1979 vintages, along with blue chip wines like: Chave Hermitage, Guigal’s La Moulin, La Ladonne & Brune et Blondejust to name a few.
